3. How we collect it
We collect personal information directly from you (for example, when you complete a form, subscribe, or correspond with us) and automatically through standard web technologies when you visit the site. Where it is lawful and practical to do so, you may deal with us anonymously or using a pseudonym.

7. Cookies and analytics
Our website uses only essential cookies needed for it to function securely. We do not currently use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we introduce analytics in future, we will update this policy. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
8. How we store and protect your information
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. As a security-first company, this is central to how we operate. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Data retention
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law, after which we securely delete or de-identify it.
10. Accessing and correcting your information
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, out of date, or incomplete. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time. There is generally no charge to request access, though a reasonable cost may apply in some cases.
